Launching a drone into the sky can be an exhilarating experience. However, it can also feel intimidating, especially if you're new to the drone world. Seeing a "flying blender" above your head can send anyone into a panic.

While there are plenty of online resources and videos to learn from, sometimes learning in person is the quickest way to learn and get your questions answered.

The Drone Lady Teaching An In Person Drone Class. We start with an indoor class and then move outside.
The Drone Lady - In Person Drone Class

That's why I offer an in-person drone class that covers everything you need to know to confidently purchase and fly your first drone. The class covers a wide range of topics, starting with the conversation about Return On Investment (ROI). I want you to feel confident that purchasing a drone is a wise investment for you, so we'll go over the different types of drones and their potential uses.

We'll also cover basic drone rules, so you know where and when you can fly, no matter what city you're in! It's crucial to understand the FAA airspace rules to avoid risking a $10,000 fine or breaking any other laws. You'll fly confidently and legally, knowing that you're not violating any federal regulations.

One of the most important topics we cover in the class is safety. Flying a drone can draw a lot of attention, so it's important to know how to keep people and property safe while flying your drone. We'll discuss how to handle spectators or visits from local law enforcement, and what to do if you encounter any problems while flying.

The class begins indoors, where we review basic information and go over any questions you may have. Then, we'll head outside to put our knowledge to use! Each student will have the opportunity to fly a drone and ask questions with immediate answers. There's nothing like hands-on experience to solidify your understanding of the drone world.

I'll be hosting another in-person drone class in May of 2023. Class sizes are limited to 4 students so everyone has the chance to learn the most. If you prefer a more personalized approach, I'm more than happy to schedule a 1-on-1 class just for you.

In conclusion, launching a drone into the sky can be an exciting experience, but it's important to know the rules and safety precautions before taking off. My in-person drone class covers all the necessary topics to help you become a confident and responsible drone pilot. Don't hesitate to sign up for the class or reach out for a personalized lesson.
